Denver Biscuit Co: While we do not offer gluten-free biscuits we offer many gluten-free options; stone ground grits, hash browns, breakfast meats and fresh fruit.

Fat Sully’s: Starting after 11 am we offer a gluten free cauliflower crust with our Fat Sully’s Pizza menu as well as many salad options that can be made gluten-free.

Denver Biscuit Co has a few vegan options, however starting at 11am Fat Sully’s Pizza has many more. We offer a gluten free & vegan cauliflower pizza crust and our hand tossed house-made pizza dough is also vegan if you are comfortable with yeast. . Our house-made pizza sauce is vegan as well. We recommend our fresh sliced mushrooms as a base in place of mozzarella for vegan pies. From there, you can build your pie the way you like it!

We do! We have plenty of vegetarian options at both Denver Biscuit Company and Fat Sully’s Pizza. Our scratch made mushroom gravy is vegetarian (a lot of meat-eaters actually prefer it)! We also offer Impossible as a substitute for any sausage and on our award winning Lights Out Burger.All of our pizza pies are build your own, so you can build it just the way you like it!
