It probably comes as little surprise that Denver Biscuit Company is famous for housemade, mouth-watering biscuits. But that doesn’t mean we’ve rested on these lavish laurels: we think outside the buttermilk to offer a variety of meals and sides that cater to a wide range of cravings and preferences. Granola Bowl

Like everything else, we make our granola bowl in-house. It consists of oats, pecans, cinnamon clusters, and maple syrup atop whipped yogurt. Add fresh berries for a fiber-heavy breakfast and an excellent start to your day, whether that involves hitting the slopes, hitting the books, or hitting your boss up for a raise.

Three-Run Double

With a lackluster Major League Baseball team, our menu is about the only place to find a three-run double in the city. We make this meal with a buttermilk biscuit, two eggs, and your choice of meat, topped off with homemade jam and honey butter. 

Shrimp and Grits

Our shrimp and grits pay homage to a Southern favorite. Made with shrimp, grits, and pork belly in a buttermilk biscuit bowl, this is a fan favorite among those looking for a hearty bite and flavor-focused fare. 

McHashbrowns

As any proper restauranteur knows, hash browns are a classic breakfast dish and possibly the tastiest way to eat potatoes. We season our hash browns with chicken salt and offer a vegetarian option for those who don’t eat meat or simply want a healthier selection. 

Gigantic Cinnamon Roll

The best cinnamon rolls are the giant kind! While a popular breakfast pastry, our rolls of ooey-gooey goodness also make a perfect anytime snack. They’re large enough to share with a friend, but we won’t blame you if you hog them for yourself.
